“eFencing” … Forget the local pawn shop! Thieves now fence their stolent stuff on online auction sites, such as eBay … and the business has grown into a whopping billion industry … on this weekend’s episode of KBTV …
Please think carefully before giving eBay your business! What I should have said more clearly in the video, I think, is that eBay has harassed me, has not provided any kind of customer service, has ignored my requests and has refused to correct inaccuracies in my account. Oh yeah, and to boot, eBay accounts are NOT secure! Many fraudulent listings were made to my account!
I think their “live chat” might be fake!
I have documentation of all of the things I am saying!
Seriously- I know I am one unsatisfied person out of millions who have perhaps never had a problem, but this is a significant problem and could be really devastating to someone who uses eBay as a real source of income.
I strongly recommend Amazon.com, but from a buyer’s and a seller’s perspective.
